Low season 02/01 – 28/02 & 02/11 – 15/12: €125 to €160 per night
Mid season 01/03 – 25/04 & 01/09 – 01/11: €160 to €200 per night
High season ( – 25/04 & 01/09 – 01/11: €160 to €200 per night
Prices are per night, excluding tourist tax, with a cleaning fee of €50 for stays of more than 3 nights and €25 for stays of 3 nights or less.
The booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total stay amount, payable by bank transfer. The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day before arrival.
If cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
If cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, or in case of no‑show, the full amount of the stay is due.
